Sheep ART
Art in transhumance.
What is it?
An original project born in early 2019, a book, and a traveling exhibition/installation that, like the seasonal migration of flocks in search of better pastures, seeks fertile spaces to narrate unique emotions and engage readers and visitors in ever different and original ways.
Thus, the idea emerged to provide some "historic" artists of Forme d'Arte, along with other invited masters, with life-size, double-sided wooden sheep-shaped boards on which to express their creativity and flair, all seasoned with a touch of madness and extravagance, a fundamental ingredient for stirring emotions.
The Book
24 artists, all Tuscan by birth, inspiration, or choice as their land of residence, have expressed themselves, each according to their own painting style, finding the most personal and sincere interpretation.
