This cheese is produced by a Tuscan artisan dairy with an exclusive recipe that sees among its ingredients the flavored black truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.). With patience and wisdom, a perfect balance was sought between the flavor of the cheese and that of the truffle, so that neither of them overpowers the other, until reaching a delicate, but decisive and refined flavor. The paste is white and compact with small black "spots" (pieces of truffle), fragrant and tasty, but not spicy or salty.
The crust is brown or light brown.
