For me, tasting means savoring with knowledge, the knowledge of our gastronomic roots and traditions, thus seeking and reviving ancient methods of production and aging of Tuscan cheeses to fully appreciate the shapes and flavors of this product so rich in history.

For this reason and for the great passion for art that my father "Ciso" transmitted to me, "my" cheeses could only marry with the art par excellence: Painting.

From this idea and the friendship with a group of contemporary painting prophets, all linked to Tuscany by birth, inspiration, or residence, my dream came true: Forme d'Arte.
